1. INFORMATION TO THE USER

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

CHICKEN PALACE IBIZA SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND ON WHAT BASIS?

Depending on the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will treat them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

  • Respond to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the data controller's website. (Based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

  • Perform statistical analysis and market studies. (Based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

  • Manage the user's account to provide personalized access to the website and the interactive services it offers (based on the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or when legal provisions dictate their safekeeping, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization of the data or total destruction.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality agreements and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

The rights that assist the USER are:

  • Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and limitation or opposition to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary to address their request by the provider, while inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so they can exercise them.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION TO THE USER

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

CHICKEN PALACE IBIZA SL, hereinafter DATA CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Vimeo, and Google+, that it is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out on these social networks, and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), for which the following processing information is provided:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER that may include the following operations:

  • Process requests and queries raised to the controller

  • Inform about activities and events organized by the controller

  • Inform about products or services offered by the controller

  • Interact through official profiles

On what basis can we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, thus showing interest in the information published on it, therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, they provide their consent for the processing of those personal data published on their profile.

The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes public information from the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the DATA CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data conservation criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Data communication: information provided by the USER through the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and therefore may be available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete them or deactivate them, like any third-party application that is no longer wanted to be used.

No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned except, if it were essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality agreements and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights that assist the USER: can only be satisfied in relation to the information that is under the control of the DATA CONTROLLER.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The DATA CONTROLLER will perform the following actions:

  • Access to public profile information

  • Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the DATA CONTROLLER's social network

  • Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels

  • Status updates of the page that will be published on the USER's profile

The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do this, they must access their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The USER, once a follower or having joined the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that attacks or is likely to attack morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates or breaks intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's own image or the Law, is expressly prohibited.

In these cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The DATA CONTROLLER will not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.

The USER must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL ABILITIES

Access and registration through the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks is prohibited to those under 14 years of age. On the other hand, if the USER has special abilities, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be necessary through a valid document that accredits the representation.

The DATA CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any responsibility that could arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special abilities. The DATA CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, or use the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks, nor provide any personal information.
